People often ask me about the daily recommended dosage for fish oil. I always tell them to follow the supplement manufacturer’s recommendations or consult a doctor. Personally, I take 2000mg per day. That is probably not enough omega-3s. But, it seems to provide the benefits that I am looking for. I started taking the supplement after reading a diet book that you may be familiar with, but I won’t mention any names. The author suggested several different supplements. He talked a lot about inflammation, blood sugar and stabilizing insulin levels, as well as losing weight.

Does Revitol cellulite cream work? Revitol has been in an industry leader for a while, and is pretty well-known for coming up with great products. But is their firming cream as good as the other products? This cellulite cream is also on the higher end price wise – is it worth it?
